Over booked I had a reservation, showed up and check in time and my room wasn’t ready. They said they would call me later when it was available. At 7p I received a call explaining they were over booked and they wouldn’t have a room for me.

They say they provide oatmeal in the morning. Numerous times they run out of it. They are either lacking in intelligence or they are cheap. I like having the oatmeal for breakfast as I go to work. When this happens I have to spend money somewhere else and also make another stop in the morning before work. Something so simple they seem to have problems with this

We were marked as no shows although I called to let them know I was going to be checking in late. No easy access doors for

We are hard pressed to name one good feature. Elevator had smelly spill that’s not cleaned after days. A blood spot on the room wall, bathroom and kitchen sinks spotted. Shower curtain secured to rail with a hand knot. Electronic keys did work work repeatedly. Expedia can not send customers to these vendors without an audit. The first location we booked called itself an ‘Inn and Suite’ when it turned out to be a second rate ‘Motel’. They don’t clean your room unless you stay 7 or more days. Charged us a parking fee when we got there. Doesn’t bring towels or blankets when requested.

Not worth $180 a night I was not satisfied with our stay at all! No shampoo no conditioner, tub was filthy and we could not shower. The sink was clogged up and we couldn’t use it! To top it off it started leaking from the bottom! Terrible hotel
