Place was run down and over price overall Out of date and not sure he cleanest
At check in, we could not use AAA discount due to reserving thru Expedia, not thru them.
Housekeeping was inattentive, internet service was barely passable, and the staff wouldn’t store our bags for us after checkout when we had all day to wait before our flight. I’ve never stayed at a hotel and had this happen. Would not spend the money to stay here again.
Liked: Location, Safety Disliked: Pet fee $50 (high), no pet bags in any of their despensors and lots of poop on grass, $15 parking fee (not reasonable for that area), additional wifi cost for access above a certain speed (it was slow).
overall this hotel WAS NOT worth the money at all..!!!!!!! 1) staff was not helpful and rather rude 2) parking was not free 3) breakfast was not even par to having a breakfast at a fast food place. no hot eggs nor fresh fruits nor orange juice!!! breakfast was made of packets of cereal bars, cold muffins and packets of instant oatmeals. not worth the money paid. 4) room is damp and old looking 5) carpet is damp and too old where it is uncomfortable to walk barefoor on it 6) AC is too old and makes noise 7) already requested ... read more
The front desk was not friendly at all. The double doors to get into the hotel was a struggle for everyone that had luggage and the staff wouldn’t even attempt to help you hold the doors. They would just watch. Continental breakfast ended at 9:30 and by 9:15 they had no food or drinks left. The whole reason we stayed at this location was for the breakfast!
No breakfast as stated on reservation among other things.
Not again! Bad odor,bad internet! a parking fee that was not advertised
