This hotel yet been the worse experience ever. The carpet was black dirty my husband woke up with bites on his back the showerhead was leaking they were doing construction right next to my window and didn’t even give us an advisory on the construction I talk to management about the situation and all they said was to check out and go to another hotel

Pretty Disappointed The lady at the front desk was very sweet and even waived my parking fee simply because i told her it was me and my friends’ birthday trip to Hollywood. However, everything else in this hotel was a disaster. Find better place to stay When I got into the room its was not as clean as I would expected also the front desk told me the room would be cleaned daily it was not as I was staying for 2 nights and spent most of my time away from the hotel doing activities plus tired from long travel I didn't raised although they should have been concerned when a guest has collect fresh towels daily. The only 2 things made the stay bearable 99 cent store and location.

Had to be moved 3 times before getting a room that was cleaned and free of odors.

The rooms were decent...the staff was good...bu the halls were smelly....like a damp fish smell..

Used to stay all the time. Last few years gotten worse and worse. This stay, bed bug bite all over body. And really..... a $30 parking fee to get bit all night! Never stay again.
