The room was basic, which for me was ok. It did not come with any kitchen utensils, coffee maker, etc. The number one thing that will not have me coming back is the fact that no one there helps you with luggage. I am a mom traveling with two year old son. They did not get cart for me did not offer, did not open doors, did not even help after I explained I would top them and appreciate the help. Not good... Not renovated and not the most upstanding residents. Good only if you need a cheap place.

The people were rude, the breakfast was nonexistent. It was not rolls or fruit. It was just dry granola bars coffee And tea.

Pictures are deceiving. Place was not clean and we did not receive the double queen we reserved, it was a single. No accommodations made for us to compensate.

I made the reservation 4-3 weeks prior to our stay and I was not notified of the hotel overbooking until I made the call to notify them of late check in, which was same day as I was checking in. Hotel continued to deduct funds from my account for the stay that was never completed. Hotels.com did resolve my issue at a low satisfactory rate. Issue unveiled over the weekend and today on Wednesday I am still attempting to reslove charge issues.

We didn’t get what we booked. We booked king size bad with sofa but they gave us queen size bad. When we showed them the confirmation they didn’t have and didn’t give us the room that we needed. They didn’t make the beds. Next day we asked for clean towels, they said they are short of stuff.
