Overpriced and dirty. Just because they allow dogs doesn’t mean they should stop caring about the guests. Really hard to find a dog friendly affordable accommodation, I guess you get what u pay for. The toilet had skid marks in it, obviously not cleaned since the previous guest.

Said it is dog friendly, room smelled like dogs, poop everywhere outside. Only one very small grassy spot & so much poop it was obvious they NEVER clean it. Located right on a very busy 6 lane street so no place to walk pooches. Parking lot loaded with cigarette butts. Breakfast was instant oatmeal packets & coffee...that's it! Will never stay again & would not reccomend.

When I first checked in the desk staff was not friendly or helpful or even tried to consider early check in. He didn't bother to look at their availability. The halls smelt like old food, damage to the seats in the room, the bathtub was rusty. Smelt like cigrettes in the hallway too and we had a nonsmoking room.

Front desk was rude they fail to tell you online that parking is 10.00 a day. My bathroom was old looking and the shower looked like it was molding. Next time I’ll stay extended stay in Burbank. Way better location and close to everything we need for our stay. I’ll never pay this much to stay here ever again!

No glasses, cups, dishes or pans. No ice, no ice machine. One thin blanket on the bed. Heater was loud.
