You should not be selling rooms at this hotel. Up all night nauseous and sick from the horrible odor in our Room. And they did not have another Room to give me

Unhelpful and turned away at 3 in the morning! Was coming into town late, called them to let them know and ask if there would be any issue with coming in late. They said they would just charge my card for full price of stay and i said ok, that’s fine. Got in about 1:45, went in and the counter person said:, “you don’t have reservations here!” And then a bit later said: “Oh look, someone cancelled it. I can’t do anything about it, we don’t have any more rooms!”

절대 가면 안되는 호텔 체크인 하려면 2시간이 걸리는 호텔 바퀴벌래가 득실 거리는 더러운 호텔

very noisy and really not clean.... very out dated and old towels, sheets etc....

Found hair in our tub. Building was poorly maintained. It was a non smoking hotel but you could smell cigarettes in the hallways. We had booked two rooms and asked to have them next to each other and our rooms were not only NOT next to each other but on different floors. The staff was not accommodating and treated us like you get what you get because we booked thru Expedia. We asked for washcloths because our room had only one and they kept bringing us hand towdls. The room wasn’t that clean, my husband and I were bit by buys from the beds. Towels were filthy. And hair from previous ppl on the bathtub
