Disappointed no restroom in front lobby Everything was good but checkin. Check in was good it was before check in... I needed the bathroom prior to checking in and there was no restrooms at front Lobby. Was told not open for public I said I have reservation but needed the restroom... I had an accident in my underwear as I Regis and got key for room. Very disappointed cause I had stressed the urgency that I had to go...

Staff is great. Beds hard The staff here is fantastic. WiFi to our room was down so that was a bummer, beds hard as a rock but room is clean and large. Could use a chair but other then that staying a night it works. Staying longer then that would be terrible.

Very close to LAX Airport... Excellent location, just “in front” of LAX (Los Ángeles International Airport) in California... Good rooms and comfortable.
