Room and hall carpets were a little shabby, but 2 cockroaches in my ground floor room was the only egregious issue

Customer service
Furniture was in poor shape. Water pressure was lacking. Doors could use sound proofing everything can be heard in the halls. Kitchen cabinets are cheesy. Adequate for one night.

We asked for a non-smoking room, the room reeked smoke and so was the bedsheets. We kept the window open and AC on blast and sprayed the room with Lysol spray to make the room smell better. There weren’t any towels so ended up buying towels at Target.
