The staff was friendly and professional. When we called the front desk, they responded to our requests promptly. The reason we stayed at this location was because our apartment building was being fumigated. It was close to home, shopping, easy access to the freeway and restaurants. The main feature we enjoyed was the kitchenette so we could eat in when we wanted. Room was clean, but not throughly. Bathroom as well, the mirror still had glass cleaner smudges and found two roaches in the bath tub

In and out Love the location from the airport. cozy room. I'd come back
It was conveniently located and easy for parking and finding restaurants and stores. Not the cleanest and the amenities weren’t great.

I believe more people live here vs visit. Could not get any sleep thanks to the person above me walking back and forth all night and dropping things down. When I asked for another room for my child and myself I was told they were sold out even though the parking lot was completely empty.

Could use improvement Chose this hotel for good rate and convenience to Long Beach Airport. Housekeeping staff didn't tune into the lack of a lightbulb in a bedside reading lamp. Also the TV didn't turn on---needed new batteries. Maybe a staff person needs to periodically check that everything is working in the rooms. The front desk person seemed to have that job and other functions requiring her to be in the room behind the desk or in one case, was away from the desk to help a customer.
