Could use improvement Chose this hotel for good rate and convenience to Long Beach Airport. Housekeeping staff didn't tune into the lack of a lightbulb in a bedside reading lamp. Also the TV didn't turn on---needed new batteries. Maybe a staff person needs to periodically check that everything is working in the rooms. The front desk person seemed to have that job and other functions requiring her to be in the room behind the desk or in one case, was away from the desk to help a customer. The staff was great but i didn't like that we got a none smoking double beds and the hole floor smelled like smoke and weed

I didn't like the Dog hair in the stairwell. Didn't like the smell of urine in hallway, stairwell and elevator.Liked some of front desk personnel.
