Maria at the front desk was just super warm and all smiles as she checked me into the hotel. Was knowledgeable on where the locals go for entertainment, and where the good food is as well :)

Check in was easy. Staff were pleasant. Cleanliness was not great. There was food on the floor in the hallway, which never got cleaned up while I was there. The elevator was dirty and smelled gross. The bathroom door handle was broken. Someone had a dog in the same hallway, and the door did not provide much noise cancellation because we could hear it barking all day. We had to bring down our towels and bed sheets from the third floor to the front desk to exchange them for new, clean ones.

Overall, great stay! The only thing is that I wish the kitchen came equipped already with utensils, pots and pans instead of having to ask front desk for them. Also blow dryer.
