The place appeared run down the front desk entry way looked like it had never had a deep clean. The hall ways smelled. Their was an elevator however looked lik the inside was never cleaned

Shelly was AMAZING! Talk about friendly service and making you feel welcome unlike most Hotels. I travel for a living so I know good service when I get it. I had my dog and needed a bowl for her to drink out of and Shelly didn’t just give me one, she gave me 2 because she anticipated the needs of my dog! That was awesome! I’ll be staying at this Hotel a lot more! Thanks Shelly!!

The staff, Mike, Alissa, Shelly, Rigo, Nikki, Daryl, Nicole, everypne is beyond kind and just wonderful hospitality. The room attendent staff are always sweet and nice as can be. Never a complaint and will always book here.

The front desk people are always helpful. If you have any problems they are quick to get it fixed. All the staff are very friendly.

Hotel Close to Citizens Bank Arena Stayed at this hotel, attended a concert. Room was excellent, had a small kitchen with... Microwave, full size refrigerator and a nice size kitchen sink.

When I walked into my room it smelled like wet towels. At check out Rigo was extremely nice will go back just because of him.

Minimalist Property is a bit worn around the edges and minimalist. The location is good. The kitchens have nothing, not even a cup for water or coffee. You can ask at the front desk, but they have little stock (they had 1 tumbler when I asked, total). The staff is friendly, but they don't have much to work with. Several groups hanging out in the parking lot smoking, pool looked dirty with cloudy water all week, not appealing even at 100F.
