We booked a non smoking room & the receptionist still placed us in a smoking room. Had to ask to change it bec the room really smelled like smoke.

Our stay was very accommodating! I loved the fact it had a full refridge with kitchenette. The bed was comfy as long as you didn't move because it was very loud (maybe time to replace mattress). Overall we were very satisfied. Location was perfect.

Stay here for a great reat and mutual respect! I will have to say that there is no kinder, more attentive staff concerned and host thier guests more. Every single great front,deak, day or night usually I get back,or have to rebook early that day have been nothing, but amazing and all employs deserve the ultimate respect, for they give it 100% respect and understanding. The best customer service I've seen Amazing customer service even when we had a payment issue we weren't aware of the manager actually handled it really well and waited well past checkout for us to pay for another night since he told us last minute. He didn't rush us or embarrass us at all he was amazing.

Here, Best Western Vineyard DoubleTree! Stay Staff is so kind. Most guests are workers who enjoy talking, get up early and there are nice reataurants places to walk safetly. No issues with parking or noise. Front desk Nd staff are so kind, understand different hours and jobs,by guests. No one hounding you only asking if anything,else is needed. prob wouldnt again Outside of hotel very nice. Inside could have been kept a lot cleaner. People just sitting on the floor of the lobby area, seems there is a lot of regulars that stay there.
