Than you Great staff. Central location. Walmart, AMC, Target, plenty of restaurants to choose from all within less than a mile radius.
It was very close to the business bank arena! Perfect hotel for concert goers who want to stay near the venue
Quick night stay First and foremost no deposit they just hold you card on file. Secondly The hotel is situated in an area of Ontario that is still very close to shopping, restaurants and the airport. The staff is super friendly, Shelly checked me in and asked if I preferred a first floor or second floor room. Then due to the weekends festivities going on gave me a room that was located in a peaceful part of the hotel. Front desk staff were very pleasant on the afternoon of my check-in on Sunday, stated room was checked and ready for us. Room was clean and cool, however when I went to take a shower there was a ring of dirt in the shower, fortunately, we travel with Lysol wipes, I cleaned out the shower and tub. When we went to leave for dinner no one was at the front desk for me to make the comment to, also upon our return again no one was at the front desk. Job well done This is my second stay at this location within a year. Its close to my job site and good eats! I enjoyed my stay, but I must say, I enjoy Shellys energy, spirit, and helpfulness more. #5starShelly
Let's start with the positive, close to the citizen bank arena and the fire alarms work. I know this cause they went off early morning! Negative, needs major updating and really need to clean the carpets! Not worth the money
