The service was great are stay was great. Only thing that was not ok was the shower/tub was not clean hair and dirt ring on tub shower head leaked out side the the shower, and the trash can under the sink was full, not emptied out when we arrived.

We were checked into the room that should have been the last available room. The overhang was in front of our window. We couldn't see outside. The housekeeper accused us of having a dog in our room and the hotel mgr and desk clerk were at my door within 5 minutes. Our side table lamp didn't work. So on day 2 our room was changed by the new clerk on shift and our experience was great! I would stay there again because of her!

everyone was so friendly, helpful, welcoming, the room was homey, clean, very nice and is the best looking hotel I’ve ever stayed in ( never stayed in anything to expensive) Would recommend this hotel to everybody

Ontario, CA - good stay! Some areas of the property could use some updating but we were overall super comfortable and happy with everything. Staff was awesome, very welcoming and helpful- went out of their way to help, actually (Shelly- at the Ontario location). Decent amenities (snack machines, laundry facility, in-room kitchen) and walking distance to our concert venue (CBBA). Had a quiet night's sleep and free coffee downstairs in the morning. Nothing big enough going on to have to complain about. I'd stay again.

Nice room with a kitchen and although it had been cleaned, the bed sheets look to have been used. It seems like hthe housekeepers thought they were passable amd just made the bed? There were hairs, crumbs, and dare I say, a bug on the sheet when I pulled back the covers. Other complaints: The shower curtain is filthy, the bed was very hard, and there were only a few local channels available on t.v. I do appreciate the small improvements like the pergo floors, new faucets, etc., but it's not enough to change my mind about eve... read more

The place appeared run down the front desk entry way looked like it had never had a deep clean. The hall ways smelled. Their was an elevator however looked lik the inside was never cleaned
