They put Our booked room to "NO Show" We got this holel very late about 1am. And because of we got late, they put us as "no Show", and wasn't able to get a room. After negotiating to Hotel.com online help support for an hour, finally they removed "no show" and this hotel was letting us to stay the room we already booked and paid. It took us another extra one hour, so finally we were able to get a room to sleep at about 2am.

Bad housekeeping service Housekeeping didn’t clean my room, even though I had been there for a month. They kept telling me my room was on the list to get cleaned. After I demand that my room get clean, then they sent someone to clean it.

Great staff but overall been biggest disappointment rooms are outdated and roaches where in rooms had bad smell

We checked into our room and it was completely dirty, old food left in the fridge drawers in the room. We went to the front they said “oh it was just marked clean” and made excuses of possible things that could have happened. We ended up getting switched to another room and it was a little better of appearance until AGAIN found old food left this time in the bathroom under the vanity and stuff on the walls in both rooms. Overall just not a great experience, and won’t be booking here again.

Bad Hotel Hotel is in really bad condition. The hallways are scary and very dirty. The bathroom was very tight and the handle fell off when I took a shower. Water pressure is very low.
