The only reason I am giving a low score on the overall condition is because in the middle of my shower in the morning the hotel lost water. I was unable to rinse off my body and left for my appointment with dried soap all over me. It made for an uncomfortable day. Otherwise the price was great and the room was decent.

Visiting family and this was the closest hotel, not really impressed everything I asked for they were out of including most breakfast items, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable (springs poking my back all night)

Horrible It was horrible costumer service was so unprofessional they were rude I'm never staying there again

Fine for a basic night's sleep. Fine for what we needed - a place to stay near Simi Valley. Had to call the front desk to get a hair dryer, and had we wanted cups or plates would also have needed to call the desk.

Like camping, but indoors. Bare bones...non ice machine, no pool, no linen service, no hot breakfast, nobody at front desk.

A small step above motel 6 3rd floor hallway filled with cigarette smoke. Non smoking room on 3rd floor was okay. Bare bones amenities. Breakfast consisted of coffee, oatmeal, muffins. Breakfast bars Some trash outside, never picked up.

On the day of my reservation i was informed i did not have one. As i had booked and Paid this hotel months in advance i was very upset. They did not honor my paid in advance reservation. However, they found another hotel which was 4 miles away and booked us there. Being further away also caused a problem as we had booked originally with them due to walking distance from the festival we attended. Smoking People smoke in rooms and it says it's non smoking but it's terrible- smoke alarms go off all the time and people run for exits only to have front desk say they are testing system but no announcement was made ahead- I didn't realize this type if extended stay means they never clean your room or give you towels you have to hunt down staff to take dirty towels before you can get clean ones-
