Perfect kitchen, Friendly staff Arrived around 1AM. System's locked so we had to wait 20min to check in. Other than that, everything's perfect. The girl at the front desk, Sherry, was super nice and helpful. Like all our stays at Extended Stay Americas, kitchenwares were well provided, which was life saver cos we come from China, really need our vegetables, and cold salads are just unbearable. Will be looking for ESA next time we come to US

Not what I expected The hotel smelled old and when I finally got to the room & settled I realized I had no dishes, glasses, cookware, nothing. I had to get boxed 'packages' of all the items. Bed was hard I could feel the springs. The room and bathroom was clean. It was good for my purposes but I won't stay here when I come back.

Love kitchenette; clean, spacious, quiet Feels like a studio apartment. Tucked-away in drab but cozy spot.. Staff very friendly and helpful. Keep the windows closed because cars on the highway are a rock-throw away, out the window. the closes windows do cut the sound. Much nicer than a Motel 6 but not much more cost.

Freeway close to shops Very nice stay a plus to have a kitchenette to have home cooking, and the kitchen necessities were included pots and pans etc. Freeway close to all shopping

I originally booked and paid for 2 double beds and was given 2 rooms with a queen. It wasn't a great family weekend when we had to be separated in different rooms.

Ok for the price I guess you get what you pay for. Not a great hotel but not that bad for the price. I have seen worst for the same price. Staff was helpful.
