Horrible experience with housekeeping and room cleaning. Suppose to be every 7 days...ended up being every 8 or 9 days. Staff unfriendly
Good location, close to food, 118 fwy, shopping Hotel has a good location, close to 118 fwy, bowling alley, food, gas stations, shopping. It feels pretty safe. The only complaint is some of the cars in parking lot are abandoned, flat tires, haven't been moved for a long time, even a car parked behind cars nightly -blocking in 2 cars. (very weird). It felt a little uncomfortable. My room was on 1st floor, clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, the only thing I did was put a towel at bottom of door, as you could smell someone cook... read more

Room was clean, but the bed was too firm. Bathroom was clean & plenty of shelf space. Only complaint was the sink had a very slow drainage. My biggest disappointment was there was no fitness center.
Every time we went to front desk, no one there, had to make manny trips, as I watched tv a lot missed LA Station KTLA, it said that it was there, but no it had MSNBC

Good for overnight, great for longer stays Our room was large with a full kitchen. The way it works at this chain is the kitchen is pretty much empty. There isn't even a coffee maker. If you need something, cooking utensils, plates, etc. you ask for them and they will be delivered to your room. We thought about asking for a coffee maker, but were not sure there would be coffee with it. We were only staying one night so decided to give it a pass. Clean Room, Friendly Staff We stayed there 4 nights over Presidents Day weekend and really have no serious complaints with the experience. Just a few minor, easy fixes. We stayed in a pet room and when we first entered noticed a strong dog smell, so stronger cleaners for those rooms would be helpful. Additionally, a few more hangers for the closet, and a better shower curtain and/or liner would have been helpful. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the staff was courteous and professional. Off the beaten path... The hotel was great, off the beaten path a little in Simi Valley. Staff were friendly and checked us in quickly. Room was nice size and comfortable. Quiet location that allowed a good nights sleep. Coffee and granola bars at check out. Will definitely be back.

Comfortable room but hotel needs better management Waited 2 hours for our room to be cleaned but once in room, was very comfortable and efficient. Hotel management seems lacking.
