Home away from home! We enjoyed our stay at Extended Stay America, Simi Valley!!! Very friendly staff . We felt very comfortable and safe! Good location! We will definitely stay here again! 😀👍

Hotel close to where family lives. As very tall people my husband and I NEED a king bed not a queen We reserved a king but we were told at check-in they were overbooked and we would only get a queen. We should have at least had a discount to help mitigate the situation We should have stayed at our usual, the GRAND VISTA!

service is horrible. Rooms not too bad Customer service sucks. Rooms not too bad. My daughter had trouble checking in. I added her to reservation. They forgot and wasn't going to give her a key. Don't expect much customer service. They don't care.
