Good staff despite lack of support It took some time to check in because of the hotel had insufficient front desk staff for the influx of visitors because of the massive rain storm and time of day. The woman at the front desk did her best and she was wonderful!

Great hotel!!! This hotel was great very clean and the kitchen was awesome! Can't forget the front desk was very helpful!

Not the best BUT not the worst either Overall ok, only would stay again if I just had to because there were no other choices. Check out time is 11AM no exceptions, even if you checked in at 3AM, most comparable hotel have a 12pm checkout time and if you need a extra hour they say ok-no problem. This hotel chain says you have to call corporate and negotiate a extra hour for a 25$ fee. I really needed extra blankets and it was like pulling teeth to even get one. My stay was Awsome!! It's great to have a little kitchen in the room especially on a rainy day and even better the hotel supplies the utensils, pans, cups, dishes and plates.

No annoying check out calls Front desk called to check the room was ok after check in and best of all no annoying check out call.

Clean and Pet friendly This was a great, pet friendly hotel for us to bring our dog. Friendly staff, clean facilities comma and quiet room. At first I was hesitant to book because I saw a lot of bad reviews. But once we arrived I seriously questioned the reviews. It was excellent and I give this hotel a great rating and would definitely come back. The only problem I have had is with hotels.com and they did not credit my silver account for the two-night stay. I am very happy with the hotel but disappointed with hotels.com
