Floors were filthy, constant marijuana smoke on most floors, beds weren’t made well (sheets just sloppily placed on mattresses), a lot of guests looked like they were homeless and put up at this hotel by the government. DEFINITELY would not recommend.

Our check-in time is 3:00Pm and we arrive 3:20pm. We r able to get in our room by 4:00 pm coz according to d staff our room is not ready. D floor is dirty.

This hotel probably was nice at some point but it has fallen on hard times. Clearly, no investment has been made in the property in quite some time. The photo’s are not remotely recent. Rooms are outdated and broken down. Beds are old and of low quality. They have a number of transients living in this hotel. Staff was very nice.

Front desk / “Manager” Jake was racist and canceled my stay with out my permission. Never coming here again.

There was dirty shoes that were not ours under the bed, a dog toy and dirt, the entire hallway smelled of pot and cigarettes, we asked for late checkout, they gave us 30 minutes and we were 15 min late and they left a voicemail saying our belongings would be put in lost and found. They were rude, zero customer service. I have stayed there before and it was not this bad. Not sure what happened. Motel 6 blows them out of the water. Sad!

This place needs updating the furniture is old the carpet is dirty and the pillows are old and uncomfortable. The blanket smells.

Its dusty edges around the wall. We have to ask front desk for hair dryer. Breakfast is just muffin and coffee. Staff is okey.

“Free breakfast” is coffee and nutri-bars. Full kitchen with no utensils, cups, plates. Stating they “ran out”. Customer service was trash mixed with micro-aggressions. Refused to provide paper cup for tea in the evening. Tub, but no stoppers. Dirty air vents and sink drains. Overpriced snacks. No toiletries. Old furniture. Peeling paint. No ice machine. No dish soap to wash ice tray.
