Management definitely needs empathy training. Manager and the one employee that works days are very aggressive and are looking for any reason to get you kicked off the property.

My son and I had a traumatic experience here. I initially booked through Expedia, & paid at the hotel upon arrival.I had a 930 appt at USCIS the following day, wc unfortunately, ran late. When I was able to check my phone at 1220, I had several missed calls from my 16 year old son, & the hotel. As a background, my 16 year old has High Functioning Autism, with major social anxiety, which is why he decided to stay in the hotel with our little bichon. The beds were absolutely terrible .. the rollaway bed that we got for our son was nothing but springs to lay on.

Staff was very good and they agreed for a late checkout on a last minute request. Although I had to remind them about extension and had to checkin again in person to get new access cards although I was using the same room. Worst was the muffins which were served and it had Fungus in them. Absolutely ridiculous.
