Simi Valley Ca pet friendly Hotel was clean--room was clean--try at continental breakfast was just so-so..Coffee was good and had limited fruit--needed to refil food items more reequently---but overall it was okay!
Simi Valley Hotel--clean and convenient Simi hotel was clean and convienent to freeway and other destinations--also pet friendly! We will stay there again on our Calif. visits!
Blamed Expedia for overbooking double rooms. We were staying overnight in Simi Valley for a wedding. I had reserved a room with 2 double beds and expected my son and his girlfriend to be in our room. When we got to the hotel we were told they did not have anymore rooms with 2 double beds. So we had to let our son and his girlfriend stay in their own room next door to us. the room was nice and it had space but if you are not staying longer than a week, you will bw paying to hav your sheets linen washed and you will have to pay for toliet items. the staff was nice and helpful but you are pretty much on your own when it comes to your linens.
Better Than Usual Hotel was basically empty for Thanksgiving so less noise than normal although I could easily hear occupants next door through the paper-thin walls. Also I checkout took far too long as myopic clerk went from one phone call to the next with no acknowledgement of me standing at counter.
Very relaxing and homing This was a very nice trip. We were there for a family emergency and this hotel took a lot of our stress away. Being able to just relax and sleep comfortably, made all the difference.
I was not happy with the inside of the building in general, the outside looks better than inside. Inside is old, dark and rather old. I don't feel 'safe' for some strange reason.There was smells of marijuana, barking dogs (I know you can bring your own pet; and I did not know this). TV was old, pictures on website appear brighter.
