When I got inside our room I noticed 3 strands of hair in the bathroom. And they said that breakfast was included but it was only muffins ? I expected eggs and pancakes.

Sour smell,low water pressure,key card doesnt work on west side entrance
Location is not the best.
The staff there was very rude very unaccommodating. Not very friendly we were new the area needed a place to sleep for the night and couldn’t because we didn’t have the ID of the other person that was with me. Wouldn’t even let us show a picture of his ID.

Not for me… At check in the staff made me wait 2 minutes while she sat on her break because she had “2 minutes” left. Not someplace I want to stay again.
There was an unexpected power outage that lasted for 3 hours starting at 11pm and nobody gave information about the situation. They did not have a generator. We couldn’t get the front desk to answer the phone even through our cellphones. We had to go out of our room to find out what happened. Not sure what their protocol is on this.
