Clean room, helpful staff, one small problem, breakfast was suppose to until 9.30 a.m. but at 9.a.m. there were no coffee and no breakfast.
I am a returning customer and I enjoy staying at esa and wouldn't stay anywhere else it's my home away from home

Staff wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly either. Clean room but the hallway and elevator were “sketchy” I quote a little from my elevator ride. Over all not a bad experience, but not five stars either.
Good location and affordable pricing. Check-in took longer than expected and our room keys did not work originally but this was quickly resolved. The rooms are very dated and have a noticeable mildew scent. However, it will get the job done for a one night stay in a pinch!

Clean, comfortable room. Refrigerator doors were rusty and in need of repair. It was the first thing you saw when you entered the room. I mada a report. The variety at breakfast was okay. The staff was receptive, but not very friendly.
