The hotel needs to renovate. I understand the hotel name. I would think it it look nice. The carpet, refrigerator and everything just needs to be replaced.

We did not use the kitchen. We did take advantage of the coffee in the morning in the lobby.
There was no breakfast. There were no shampoos or lotions in the room and you had to ask for a hairdryer. As for the kitchen it could use some upgrades and you had to go ask for pots, pans and dishes.

Yes, everything is nearby.
No breakfast not even coffee all the time I went to get some. I stayed there for 3 weeks .

Do not recommend The wifi speed was the best part of this stay. It was an inconvenience to have to ask for the kitchenette supplies and simple things such as shampoo and conditioner from the front desk. The claim that the kitchenette supplies are "sanitized" is false, as the front desk personnel placed all of the plates, cups, pans, utensils, etc onto a dish rack with their bare hands and then hand it to you.
