The breakfast could be way better!!! It’s kinda tricks you in thinking you’re getting a nice breakfast wrong lol…. The gentleman name Marcus gave the best customer service ever I can’t say the same for some of the other staff. Other than that it was good
This hotel was a great fit for our needs. We were really happy, even though the mattresses could’ve been better. Overall, if you’re in a pinch, this is definitely a place to stay. The staff is good and in general, they are cooperative as long as you don’t have a lot of demands.

Had a unique case where my obligations wouldn't allow me to check in within their window of time (3p-12a). I called to ask if they could check me in early, over the phone, or if a family member could check me in and basically got told no and there were no options or exceptions I could be granted. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I've stayed here on multiple occasions and this particular room had carpet and it was rather dirty feeling and felt damp in part of the room. Facility is a bit shabby; they are currently restructuring. They serve breakfast, but what they serve does not fit in the description "breakfast", unless you consider a granola bar and weak coffee as such. So you prepare your own breakfast and coffee. For that purpose you can obtain a kitchen kit. Had to ask for it 3 times. No new towels and cleaning when you stay less than 7 days. You can get clean towels at the front desk though.
