Not fancy, but great staff. The staff was great, and very helpful every time I spoke with them. The hotel was well located near the Del Amo Mall and plenty of restaurants. Parking in front could be a little tight, but around back it was always available. The room itself was showing its age, the A/C was so noisy I was grateful that it was cool enough to turn it off and just leave the windows cracked for air. I booked my room for one location but was moved to a different location. I was also charged $20 more than my daily rate on Expedia. I didn't see the receipt until I checked out and went home to look at the nightly rate, excluding taxes and fees.
