Friendly service and clean room
Weekend getaway I was coming from far with my daughter and arrived a bit early and tried to check-in before 3pm and was told a bit unprofessionally that i had to wait...no exceptions...so we had to run around town with our stuff in the car while we were in town which was a bit uncomfortable...we ended up checking in around 10pm which would've been nicer to had been able to just go straight to the room and relax but nope...other than that the stay was nice...wish the parking situation was more for actual guest than for for pe... read more

Older property stuffy smell, not very concert about customer needs or issue. I report to the front desk that the shower wasn't draining properly she didn't write a note as I was leave for dinner so I went back repeated the room number to be sure she hear me, still no note taken. Didn't ask if we need it to be fix or if we want to change rooms. Just didn't care. We checkout the next morning without taking a shower.
Awesome stay It was a nice stay. I felt secure. Plce is quiet and near places to shop and eat

They switched my hotel to another location with no notice, so i had to drive to a different location. The lobby smelled, and customer service was not so great.
