The south access door did not allow entry with key on afternoon of 8/27. The bathroom fan did not work. Unmasked patrons and non-desk employee. Room rate way too high for what you get.
Enjoyed my stay. I will stay again.
Quick stay The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the morning coffee and check in was easy and the attendant was helpful

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent. Easy access to shopping, beaches, and airport. We will stay here again when we come to LA.
Probably will not return I probably would not atay here again. It seemed as if more people were here as a place to live as oposed to temporary stay. A few doors down from our room there was constant screaming day and night. I called the front desk out of concern as it sounded as if someone was being abused, it did not stop. The breakfast was a choice of 2 different pre packaged muffins and coffee. Parking was always hard to find. It did serve the purpose for this trip but probably will not book this location again
Nope Not friendly or very nice. The surrounding area is nice however this location seriously lacked in customer service and hospitality. The front desk man was ok but the lady for check out was eyeballing me and wasn't in the slightest polite. The room is horribly outdated and reception desk guy gave ns about the fact the heater made the fire alarm go off and i had to change it back to frigid cold- which apparently was all that room had. Very unpleasant stay Toilet got stopped up there was no fire alarm floor was dirty and stained hallways smelled
