I loved the location, it was very close to the beach! With absolutely no traffic at any time of the day. Also very close to restaurants and department stores and also Walmart. The room was great as they all came with their very own kitchenette. They did not have the Room we asked for so upon arrival they gave us two seperate queens beds for the inconvenience. Nice! However, my room was very very dusty and seem liked it had dog hair everywhere!! I had to buy my own cleaning supplies because housekeeping wasnt included. Not a ... read more
I called the morning of and asked if early check-in was available; I was told by I believe Danielle that no problem the room would be available by noon - 1pm after checking the system. I showed up at 1pm and Jen (I believe) was kind of hostile and said thats wrong the room was not ready and they still had to clean sanitize the room. With the expectation to be working immediately upon arrival I was forced to work from the nearest Starbucks for 2 hours. When I finally got into my room it was filthy. I checked in and when I arrived to my room unlock the door the room was dirty. I immediately closed the door and went back downstairs. Someone went and checked and told me that they had started cleaning got distracted and forgot. I waiting half an hour for my room..
