Front desk staff was very good. Excellent check in. Then, we got to the room. Bed was clean and tidy, so we stayed. Walls were grimy, every fixture was in need of repair or needs to be replaced. The owner of this property puts zero into upkeep, and it shows. Windows could not be closed fully, causing the room to be cold. It was a one night stay on a road trip. Will skip this property next time.

The location is very nice. Stevenson Ranch is a beautiful area. The hotel is a different issue. The room is a good size. The carpet was full of huge dark stains and the room smelled badly. We couldn't even open the window. No shampoo and hairdryer in the room. Also somebody played music. The staff was promt to handle it after we complained. This hotel is filthy. The exterior is in serious need of pressure washing. The windows, and doors had dirt prints all over. The lobby was dirty, trash on the floor, and the carpet has a bad odor. When I went into my room it smelled like cat/dog urine. Needless to say, I beelined it the front desk for a refund because I refused to stay there. While I was waiting at the front desk, this horse size Great Dane dog, ruined all over the lobby. Disgusting!!!

The rooms are not as clean / updated as the pictures. Dusty & Chips on the walls etc. Please do not expect to see what you see in the pictures when you book.

There was a weird smell throughout the hotel, it was quiet old, no ice machine, a full kitchen with nothing in it. And i was given a room with a Queen bed when I had reserved a King.
