The hotel if ok but I was not aware they don’t offer housekeeping on daily bases only every 20 days. We only stayed 2 days and no clean towels were available or pick up of dirty towels. Will not stay there again.

Terrible-Choose a different hotel I requested 1st floor, got 2nd floor. Room was awful full of carpet stains. Refrigerator was dirty. All the doors and walls need a deep clean. The bed had no blanket only a sheet. I asked for a blanket was told they were in the wash. After a few hours I got a call from front desk to go pick up the blanket, which I felt was very rude. Unfair policy in an emergency Was denied the room because I lost my ID on my trip, even though I had pictures of my ID they still would not let me stay there and denied me at 1 o’clock in the morning to go find another hotel. Room was paid for in advance! Still denied.

The first room they gave us everything was made up, but nothing was clean. The sheets had disgusting hair and dirt on them so they gave us a new room which had a filthy microwave. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. They allowed people to have their TVs and radios up really loud after hours 11 till 4 AM. Kids running around screaming banging couldn’t get any sleep. The front staff at the desk was very good though, but they couldn’t get the people to stop making noise.
