This Property “overbooks”, beware! I wasn’t able to stay at this hotel. This property “over booked” and I wasn’t able to stay at this property. I’m still waiting on my refund!

It just wasn’t what I expected, suppose to be pet friendly however we got complaints about our dog and that’s never happen before. The staff weren’t very helpful staff or very friendly. It wasn’t the best experience for my husband and I.

Inflexible, no understanding This review is strictly related to this hotel's refusal to refund our nights stay when we were unable to get to the hotel due to snow causing road closures that prevented us from completing our arrival. We called and they simply refused to be flexible. I am sure there were others in the same situation we were in who could not get over the grapevine due to road closures. Will never again book this hotel.

Terrible hotel Rooms toilet was clogged up and they had no staff to fix it. They said I could come down and get a plunger to unclog the toilet myself. Needless to say I left and somewhere else.
