Breakfast is pretty non existence. Why have kitchen in suite when you don’t even have plates, cups, coffee maker, or folk/spoons in the room? Must personally request and collect those items from front desk. They even asked me to collect hairdryer from the front desk. Even the hairdryer is broken.

We checked in and it all seemed to be fine, however there was ants in the bed. They were booked up couldn't switch rooms and they said only manager could discount however there never was a manager available. My 12yr old slept on the kitchen counter and my 15yr old slept in bath tub. I was not happy. I slept in the bed after numerous attempts to get them off and got a few bites. Stayed here two nights and both nights were restless due to noisy neighbors above us and next to us as well as a noisy fridge that was in the room. I also wasn’t impressed with the breakfast to go options particularly with drinks (no juice or milk available).

The television didn’t work at all The property advertises a free continental breakfast. However, for beverages all they had was coffee to drink. This was not appropriate for our minor children who don’t drink coffee. (We don’t either - there should have been other choices) The only food were granola bars and small prepackaged muffins. How can a motel tell you there’s going to be now water from 9-3 one day and from 9-5 a second day and still charge for the room? Not to mention the bugs and the room smell.
