Bed Bugs I saw bed bugs and the Trent desk people did not respond and I did not even refund the worst experience in my business trip

Most of the halls were dirty (that is, not vacuumed and with debris). Bathroom floor had sticky substance on it. Walls are too thin, and one could hear the people in the room next door.

The staff was rude. For extra towels, they make you come down and get them yourselves and if you want a cot it’s $15 more. Also they were rude when we asked for extra blankets

Cheaper price usually means cheaper quality! Staff was great, but their friendliness did not make the uncomfortable mattresses comfortable! Shower was very low flow. Stuffy room and windows would not open at all. Breakfast was a joke but that is most likely due to the restaurant right next door. A good breakfast would cut into their business. Dirty and loud I liked the location because we were going to six flags and it was less then 10 min from there , the room was ok for the price no cleaning service was disappointing and the “continental breakfast” was only coffee and muffins. The lobby needs to be clean Asap it is very discussing the doors also look liked they never been cleaned before that’s really bad presentation for a hotel ! There were really loud people most of the time. Not staying here ever again
