The Technician I had staying at this hotel was unpleased with the hotel.

Non existent wi-fi even after paying the "upgrade fee". 3rd party service spent 30min of tech mumbo jumbo on the phone. Said he needed help and would call back in 1 hr. Never called. Hotel mgmt knows the problem but out of their hands. Not going back

We choose this thinking we save a few dollars.... Property smells like smoke outside and in hallways,elevator did not work one time doors closed but it would not Move They do not clean your room daily No ice machine You have to ask for kitchenitems and blow dry The la qunita round the corner is much nicer option!!!

My bed was uncomfortable with the queeking sound when turning and the bathtub forcet was dripping water the whole time.

It was just dirty. Floors were not mopped or vacuumed.

Disappointed Traveler! The price I paid was $30 cheaper than the Valencia Hyatt and the Extended Stay was barebones-no pool, bed was uncomfortable-just a disappointment overall, especially for the price of a one night stay.

For the most part it was just ok when i checked in the desk clerk was very nice. She called to see how my room was i told her it was ok. Then i woke up this morning and noticed the sheet had old blood on the side. Very nasty sheets really werent clean its time for new sheets so that when i became disappointed then there was no housekeeper had to go pick up stuff myself. For the amount you pay its not worth it.

There was no check-in. They bumped out reservations for two rooms leaving us running around while driving property. It was a ridiculous & frustrating experience as property didnt honor expedia’s reservations. No one should go thru such annoying experience when coming from far destinations.
