Beware Staff was kind. Room and bathroom were reasonably clean. Short distance from Magic Mountain. However, cons outweigh pros heavily. Housekeeping didnt come by when we were there. The bed left me with the most severe neck pain. Sheets gave us a rash. To-go-breakfast only means nature valley bars and terrible muffins. No fruit of any kind. This property is terrible. We flew in from out of country to arrive at the hotel after making reservations days before. They told us the oversold and didn’t have room for us. They did nothing to accommodate us and did nothing for compensation. Absolutely terrible hotel

Disappointed and Deceived The room smelled of smoked although it says it was a no smoking room. The air conditioner was inconsistent. The bed was uncomfortable and more like a twin xl than a full/queen size bed. No ice maker in the hotel. I will NEVER stay there again. The room looked nothing like the photos.

I had a unique situation. I needed to stay til 4pm. They would not let me. I only messed up the bed. It would have been very easy to clean quickly. Most people do not check in until after 3-4pm. I even offered to pay another night just to stay til 4pm. I think they should look at special circumstances and consider allowing the occasional person to have a late check out. It put me in a very bad situation. Then I drive by at 4 pm and there were maybe 2 cars in the parking lot. Otherwise everything was great.

もう泊まりません。 タオルが足りなかった。ずっと部屋の中で騒音がした。外の声は丸聞こえ。 部屋の掃除やベッドメイキングは言わないとしない。値段の割に不快なホテルでした。この値段ならちゃんとしたホテルに泊まれた。

Check in was OK, the staff took a few minutes to approach me. There were not pots and pans available, staff said they were all being used, therefore I was not able to make myself breakfast as planned. The room smelled disgusting, I was unable to open my window. After trying to fin out why the room smelled so bad, I looked under the bed and there were socks, tennis balls and dirty tissue. We liked the location - close to the freeway, but it was pretty rundown on the inside. We just needed a place to sleep for about 6 hours, and this fit the need for us, but I wouldn't want to stay here much longer than that.

Hotel lost my reservation through Expedia and made no effort to find another place to stay.
