Bathroom was dirty didn't notice it until the next morning there was faical hair in the sink other than that it was all good

Pleasant Spot in Louisville Hotel was clean. Staff was very,very friendly. Check-in was quick and pleasant. Unfortunately, CO1 detector in room was sounding periodically and front desk seemed to unable to change the battery when asked. Made for a difficult night's sleep.

Nice, quiet, and clean motel. I stayed 2 nights. Didn't get clean towels or service next day. And the lady at front desk Latisha has a nasty attitude. She even hung up on a friend who tried to call the phone in my room to contact me for something important! She slammed the phone on the hook when my friend asked to be connected to my room! In my opinion she's not good for that job cause her attitude sucks with people. Josh and Debra was nice to me. I will be contacting the main boss & corporate on her.

Very noisy, supposed to be non smoking rm but it smelled like cigarettes( which they'll probably try to charge my credit card for), called the front desk for an extra blanket but "they didn't have any" last but not least I over slept by a few minutes. I woke up to a lady from housekeeping along with a man that never introduced himself pounding on the door. I asked them to give me a sec but they took it upon themselves to open the door and walk in with total disregard for privacy.
