smokey smelling room, and no exesistant AC The first thing that hit me was the sweet smell of old smoke in the room, it seemed to stick to everything. The AC was on high and didn't really do any good on the third floor. water temp was not good either hot water was just warm at best. Nice room for a one nighter, wouldn't stay much longer.

Poor Customer Service My husband was utterly frustrated by the customer service when he checked in - which really tainted our whole experience.

close to hospital staying 1 night ok room smelled of smoke asked for smoke free room had wheel chair with senior Not a person to complaint

Bad Deal Frist thing it was not at all what they told me. They told me i was going to have a Queen Size bed i had two twins i still have the conformation that they e mailed me. I guess on aExtended Stay Motel they don't clean the rooms daily. Somebody beat on the door at around midnight and tryed to gget in scared my friend about half to death. Myconfortmation number was 110036384131.I will not stay in one again.. I called the ftont desk about the bed thing the lady you take what we got.

Not worthy of recommendation I was scheduled for a 3-night stay. I left after the first night and got another hotel room. The rooms are dark and dank. I made a reservation for two (my mom and I) knowing that there would only be twin beds. But I expected at least decent beds and bedding. The beds were terrible. They were hard and made loud noise everytime you moved. The pillow - and I did say pillow as in one - was totally flat even when you folded it in half. everything was fine except for temperature control One good way to control temperature when trying to sleep is having bed cover/sheets that breathe or filter the cool air generated by the ac. However, if the bed cover is made of a material that over insulates in a terribly stifling manner it will not be possible make yourself comfortable. This was the case during my stay at this hotel.

Will never stay there again The rug was filthy and seemed like it hadn't been shampooed in many, many years. The comforter had holes in it. The pillows were small and hard and mattress was hard, also. The refrigerator was very, very old and had mold on the rubber around the doors. The freezer had rust in it. The only good thing I can say about the place is that the staff was nice and helpful when I needed directions and the hotel is in a very nice area. Dirty, scummy, nasty! NOT your typical Extended Stay. This place was very dirty and scummy. Not cleaned well at all. The door to my room was cracked open when I arrived. A dirty sock was left on the floor, the bathroom had hair in the sink and on the counter, everything was scummy and smelled like stale smoke (supposed to be a smoke free facility). Worst of all, the bed felt like a piece of broken down cardboard with springs sticking through it. I never write reviews and am not picky about where I stay, but this was NASTY!
