NEVER AGAIN!!!! I am 82 years old and have been staying in hotels for 60 of those years in various levels(quality and price range, depending on my economic circumstances at the time, but this stay was the worst experience in those 60 years--and $180 a night? IT WAS A TOTAL DUMP and your rating is a joke. This experience, plus problems with a reservation in Chicago on this same trip, have caused me to write off using Hotels.com ever again.

Bad experience at this hotel I booked this hotel with two beds and paid extra to get two beds. When we got there, there was only one bed. Asked at the lobby if we can change our room to get two beds. No luck. The lady at the lobby was polite, but we had no other options. It was bad. And on top, the bathroom was not clean. Bad experience.

Smells awful. Just not a good feeling My non smoking room smelt like some smoked a pack in there. Shower is terrible almost slipped and hurt myself because there is no grip or handles to hold onto everything just seemed dirty

Good for a tight budget The hotel was good for what I paid. The trip was quick and little time was spent at the hotel, so it met my needs.

JUST AWFUL..... The front desk was rude. They treated you like you were a thief. No blow dryer in rooms. Asked for one and it looked like it from the 80's all beat up and hated to use it. Drunks everywhere. I will NEVER stay here again.

No offer to refund one day We checked in on Friday and went out. We get back watch a movie and go to sleep for only two hours and the fire alarm goes off. I didn't get much sleep over this and they did nothing to fix that. Very disappointed

Dirty smelled bad and was dirty . The furniture was old and broken. Did not even have badic amenties .
