DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL Police, screams in the middle of the night, yelling all night outside of our room. I have never felt so unsafe in a hotel anywhere in the world. We had booked a 2 night stay and asked the manager to refund our 2nd night stay. She was there but absolutely refused to meet with us to discuss problem, said she was busy. claimed it was expedia policy not to refund any booking. I stay in Louisville frequently and love the city. Unethical We were so disappointed. My mother in law reserved a room for us for our anniversary and mothers day, however, we were not allowed to stay since we would not be 21 for 2 months. The room was already paid for and my mother in law specifically inquired about the age policy. The manager then proceeded to lie to us by saying Breckingridge Inn would have a room as they did not rquire you to be 21. That was not the case. Total disaster!!

Old hotel in deteriorating condition Tub won't drain; bathroom sink stopper missing; plumbing discoloring. Clock unplugged; TV unplugged; no TV channel guide. No hotel info in room; checkout time not posted. Front desk called at 10:58am to remind us to be out in 2 mins. Hospitality totally lacking!

Look for other options downtown Louisville! Front desk attendant was very nice. Did have to wait at the desk for 10 minutes or so before someone came back to the desk to check in. Room was very dirty. I have stayed at other Extnended Stays and the rooms were very nice. Carpet was dirty and stained. Bathroom looked as if they just took the old towels out and replaced them. Nothing seemed to be really wiped down or clean. Beds were like sleeping on cardboard.

Never Again I was gobsmacked from the whole experience. I got checked in late, and as soon as I opened up the door I smelled smoke throughout this "nonsmoking room." I was too tired to bother going downstairs to change and thought I could deal with it. The second day I got a stopped up toilet, but no plunger was available because they were all on the housekeeping carts and front desk had no access, so I had to use the bathroom in other establishments. coachroaches not clean .partying all night long didn't get any sleep

Room not ready for use Chose this hotel for nearness to hospital. Forecasted additional bad weather and condition of relative in hospital led me to decide to stay. Booked reservation via Hotels.com at 10:35 pm. When arrived at 10:55, office was locked up. Office closed at 11:00. Used contact phone and was admitted to office. Had to provide my confirmation as no confirmation had been entered into computer by previous shift. Refrigerator in room did not work and was told no other room available. I checked in and went up to my room to find out that it was being renovated. Went back down stairs to the office and they didn't know that that room was being renovated. They obviously switched my room, but if they don't know what rooms are being renovated what else down they know.....

Yuck The room was very very dated and smelled very strongly of smoke. The walls are paper thin. Not an enjoyable experience.
