The office was a horrible smell. You could tell people had smoked in the office. Health hazard--second hand smoke. I ask for an extra pillow-/could not use it , because it smelled of smoke. Furniture is disgusting. Great location, close to interstate & lots of restaurant. Staff was polite. It is not a 3, not even close; -1
Don't do it. Terrible, most guests live there. Had to switch rooms, due to first one being completely filthy, smelly, and full of stains. Second room wasn't much better.

wow. We arrived to the hotel at 1pm and asked if we could check in, the front desk lady said no because the rooms would not be clean until until 3pm. We came back to the hotel at 5:15pm to check in. We went to our room, the bed was not made, there were blankets on the floor, and trrash laying around, there were towels all over the bathroom and in the bathtub. Not My Norm This is not what I am use to or expect from an Extended Stay experience. The rooms smelled old and of mildew the front desk representit attire was not presentable. Not a place i will return to.

Dirty and stinky. Dirty flatware in drawer. Urine on toilet seat. Heavy, greasy smell in room.
Won't stay again The location wasn't bad. I went to a concert at the Yum Center and waited too long to get a hotel. Everything downtown was booked. This was the closest I could find. I won't complain about location because that was entirely my fault. The service was good. When we went to our room, we didn't even need a key. The door pushed open. Anyone could have been in there. TLC Needed Hotel needs remodeling. Shower drizzles. No shampoo? Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Good news was location. Just across the street was where I worked each day.

Never will visit this location AGAIN Terrible Cleanliness of both rooms was unsatisfactory. The freezer now the fridge worked. I had to switch rooms. the second room was worse than the first. I had to boil perfume and water to mask them stinch. Pubic hair covered the bathroom sink. I was afraid to use the microwave or towels. Simply disgusting and disappointing.
