Not a good place to stay Stiff cheap mattresses. No sample toiletries. The inside rim of the toilet has never been cleaned. Bathroom floor hasn't been mopped properly in a long time, disgusting crotch hair/dust ring at bottom of toilet. The shower function was broke on bathroom tub fixture. Not a good complimentary breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel. On a positive note, hotel desk clerk was nice.

Yuck!!! I encountered 3 roaches during my stay, 1 on the wall, 1 in the tub, and the final straw was 1 in the bed!!! The staff was very polite, said that they had NEVER had a problem before, and brought clean sheets for the bed. I will not book a room here again and will not be recommending it to anyone else

Nice place but no amenities I needed I was shocked. There was no hair dryer, no shampoo, no lotion. There was only one fork, two spoons, two knives. I called to see if the desk would bring a hair dryer. The girl said, "well I don't have one and we don't keep any up here". Then I went to buy a candy bar and saw that the vending machine SOLD shampoo, conditioner, razor, etc. Are you kidding me? The room was clean and comfortable but I wouldn't stay here again.

We checked in after 5:00, but our room was still not ready, so we had to hang around and wait. The hotel just was not in good shape and the smell was just not good. You could tell they allowed smoking in the hotel and this is how everything smelled.

Disappointing experience The entire hotel had a very bad smell. It smelled like someone was smoking or cooking something in old grease and was trying to hide the smell with cheap deororizer. Curtains were held together with a coat hanger/wire and would not shut completely, A/C was loud when on it was freezing, when off it was hot, walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, alot of noise throughtout the night, parking wasn't good.

Bad Choice We stayed here overnight for a wedding. The hotel has smoking and non-smoking rooms in the same hallway. Our reservation got messed up and we were put in smoking room even though we rquested non-smoking. The smell was terrible, and my friend who had a non-smoking room said it still smelled smoky from the hallway. The staff was friendly, but that does not compensate for the stench. If you're not a smoker, stay away from this hotel!

Staff seemed overwhelmed and expressed tiredness as we checked in. The elevator and hallways smelled strongly of smoke, even in the area of non-smoking rooms. The elevator was better the next morning; however, the hallways remained disgusting. A few years ago, we stayed at this hotel regularly. It is sad to see how much this place has gone downhill.

Disappointed The common areas were filthy and the stairwells smelled awful. For the price we paid I would expected a clean and updated hotel and a bit more upscale on the room. Won't be staying agin.

I've had better The staff was quite plesant and it was in a good location but I could hear everything going on with my two neighbors, the toliet tank dripped non stop, and there was hair on the bathroom counter and on one of the two pillows I was given. Overall not the cleanest place to stay but it wasn't horrible, like I said I've had better.
