horrible stay Non smoking room had prior smoker, beds worn out, linen ripped, sink would not drain. Overall very dirty. Disgusting

College Graduation No Housekeeping/kitchen bare of any/all supplies/beds very uncomfortable/felt like I was @ Campground. Gather your trash & dispose of/gather dirty towels, bring to front desk, request more. Bathrooms(rusty/corroded hardware)noisy/deplorable for advertising. Disgusted/disappointed. Bathroom fan/inoperable/telephone did not work. Had to ask for hangers.
Not good Was not given room I booked. Wifi didn't work. Only clean room every 7th day. Had to turn in to front desk soiled towels and washcloths to get clean one. Room had foul smell.
Dirty I knew we were in trouble when I entered and saw how filthy the carpet was. I asked if there was a restroom available while I was registering and I was sent to the employee restroom where it was full of mops, and cleaning supplies. There were floor fans blowing, ceiling tiles missing! I thought they might be in a remodel but no signs indicating "excuse our mess". Beds were too soft. Worst hotel EVER Our non-smoking room smelled like someone was sitting in there smoking non-stop!! The carpet was sticking to our shoes and the shower curtain was covered in blood stains and pubic hair! I've NEVER been in a dirtier nastier facility in my life!!!
Ugh When I booked my room, Expedia only showed me a smoking room. That was the only room in town. I took it then it showed me non-smoking was available so I called and called. Expedia guy on the phone said he could note that I wanted non-smoking with no guarantee. I didn't get non-smoking when I got there. The guy who checked us in was not a front desk attendant but something else and didn't know what to do. He never even accessed a computer. Where do I begin? Upon opening the door to my room there was a an odor of stale cigarette smoke. The carpet was dingy, the counter tops were very worn out. As I enter into the bathroom the toilette ring is awefull and there are calcium stains and deposites on the shower knobs and they did not have the appearance of being cleaned.

I expected better There is a saying you get what you paid for. This was one of the cheaper hotels but I didn't expect for there to be little hairs all over the shower. The hallways smelled and the fire alarm went off at night. The night staff was friendly (the girl) the male that worked there acted like it was a hassle to check me in.
