Terrible We had an awful experience. The entire hotel (including our room) smelled like smoke, when it was supposed to be non-smoking. There were things falling apart (literally off the walls) in the room and bathroom, not to mention how gross it was!! I wouldn't sit in that bathtub if you paid me & I walked with my sandals everywhere. The floors were sticky.

Rough around the edges Window would not close and the window screen was in the room. The floor and carpet were sticky. The hallway smelled of smoke.

disappointing we had to be moved to another room, we had to go get a key almost every day because our key would not work from day to day. the beds and sheets had stains on them, we had to asks for the dishes that they said was in the rooms, I need to extend my time by a night, went down to the desk and could not find anyone, called the number to get ahold of the desk worker and it sent me to the reservation line and they called the hotel and could not get anyone, had to wait until the morning to do so.

Nasty Got bed bugs. Not comfortable at all. Seemed very slimy. Would not recommend this to anyone. Outside looks nice very deceiving inside.
Carpet was very dirty all through out the hotel.
Examine room before paying. Due to Expedia error our expected and paid for room was not available. The only room supposedly available was a queen bed smoking room for 2 adults and son. Stains on mattress-sticky floor-fridge door welded shut by egg residue.Trash barrel at entrance overflowing with beer and whiskey bottles. Elevator slow and noisy. Staff did adjust rate to make up for problems.
Serves a purpose for out of town workers Lubbock lacks enough hotel space for big events such as TTU graduations. This hotel seems to serve a purpose most of the time as a place for out of town workers. That being said they could still take more pride in cleanliness of the hotel itself. The room was cleaner than the rest of the hotel.

Room smelled when it was suppose to be a non-smoke It was alright but by far from a nicer hotel. There were things coming apart in the room and it was just kind of a place to sleep. I would not stay there again if I have another option.
