Cockroach infested My family and I were the only residents thrown out of your hotel after a 3-month prior reservation simply because you were "overbooked". You sent us out to another hotel where we were locked out after the first night. We were forced to come back to your hotel like refugees. When I tried to complain your Manager threatened to call the police on me. Basic, no frills An updated old hotel with few amenities. Room is Spartan and smelled of smoke. Rooms didn't even have hangers. We pre-booked since someone we were meeting in Lubbock had booked also. Should have check ratings. Better to spend the extra $10/ night for hotel around the corner.
Elevator makes weird noises and smelled room floor was dirty and the room had a weird smell.

Pictures deceiving Outdated and had a fowl odor in the room. No amenities, blow dryer, common ice machine, etc. Will never return.
Wouldn't stay again. The only room available was on the 3rd floor. The elevator was out of service! Our group included one person with a sprained ankle and another with a broken toe. This was a challenge. Also, the sink bowl was cracked and the tub drain was coated in silicon rather than a decent repair.

Yuck! Never again! I opted for this hotel because we needed a kitchen. There was no way I was going to cook here. It was disgusting.

Hotel with a good location The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, however I stayed for 2 days and my room never got cleaned. When I first got to the room the bathtub had not been cleaned well and the heater unit screeched so loud it was hard to sleep. I think it was in desperate need of some repairs. I love the location, but probably will not stay here again.

TTU graduation The location was in good proximity to our son's house. Unfortunately, the hotel was being remodel and a bit noisy. Though it's website advertises a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery it was not until we settled in our room that we realized that there was a checkout system for these amenities and not included in the room - somewhat of an inconvenience....
