My door key system would not work upon arrival. My door key would not work upon arrival. I was told maintenance would address the problem the next day. They never did.

Rooms / counter tops stained parts broken Check in person not much knowledge of area and areas to eat

First room smelled like smoke and windows were open, half a beer left on table by someone, dirty towel. Changed room which still smelled a little like smoke. No clean towels available at desk second day

GET A ROOM. SOMEWHERE ELSE. ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. SHOWER WAS NOT CLEAN AND DIDN'T WORK WELL. THE KEYS DIDN'T WORK ON THE SECOND DAY (3 DIFFERENT TIMES) AND THE FRONT DESK HAD TO RESET THEM. THE PHONE IN THE ROOM WAS INOPERABLE. WHEN WE WERE LOCKED OUT OF OUR ROOM DUE TO THE KEY ISSUE, NO ONE WAS AT THE FRONT DESK. WE TRIED TO CALL FROM THE LOBBY, BUT THAT PHONE WAS INOP AS WELL. ROTTEN HOTEL. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Spend the extra $20... You pay for what you get! Spend the extra $20 for another chain hotel. The room was not clean, and overall hotel seemed unkempt. No amenities in room...

Terrible We had an awful experience. The entire hotel (including our room) smelled like smoke, when it was supposed to be non-smoking. There were things falling apart (literally off the walls) in the room and bathroom, not to mention how gross it was!! I wouldn't sit in that bathtub if you paid me & I walked with my sandals everywhere. The floors were sticky.

Rough around the edges Window would not close and the window screen was in the room. The floor and carpet were sticky. The hallway smelled of smoke.

disappointing we had to be moved to another room, we had to go get a key almost every day because our key would not work from day to day. the beds and sheets had stains on them, we had to asks for the dishes that they said was in the rooms, I need to extend my time by a night, went down to the desk and could not find anyone, called the number to get ahold of the desk worker and it sent me to the reservation line and they called the hotel and could not get anyone, had to wait until the morning to do so.

Nasty Got bed bugs. Not comfortable at all. Seemed very slimy. Would not recommend this to anyone. Outside looks nice very deceiving inside.
