Checked in late night staff was a little rude didn’t have any cups had to go ask and she was not pleased to have to get them for me.

This guest checked in after the lobby had closed, she was drunk and loud. She kept talking about how things has changed as far as rules even though she hadn't stayed here in years. Her words she kept saying repeatedly. There was no issue about getting her the cups the issue was her banging on the lobby gate trying to get someone's attention. That was the issue.
kitchen had no plates, no pot, spoons and forks, hot water mugs. Kitchen was absolutely empty! It took 15-20 min to obtain some kitchenware to prepare late meal for ourselves. It would be right to provide some tea/sugar/solt/paper. All hotels and motels provide it on the regular basis.

Found the property dated and untidy. Getting towels was limited to 4 hrs per day and staff weren’t friendly.

Quiet.
Great staff, but building renovation needed! Shelly and her staff were amazing and very accommodating. The facility itself is old and outdated. Sets on premium real estate, right on the LU Campus, but the building as a whole needs to be renovated.
Great comfortable sleep! They have a nice grab and go breakfast, nothing fancy just packaged muffins and coffee in the morning. We did not use the kitchen that was in our room, but it had everything you would need. It was very clean in the hotel. Staff was so kind. Very convenient for where we needed to be for the Location of our overnight.
