Nice hotel and easy access to Liberty University The room was clean for the most part and the little kitchen is nice for an extended stay. Staff was very sweet and helpful. They really shouldn't advertise breakfast. You get coffee, granola bars and packets of oatmeal and grits. It was convenient to Liberty University which was our purpose in staying there. Nice laundry facility made it convenient as well. If you are looking to keep the cost down, this is the place to stay.

The check in was less than friendly and the floor in the room needed a good vacuming.

Great place to stay if you're visiting Liberty University or Lynchburg. The staff is super friendly, and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. they keep the hotel very neat and clean. Couldn't ask for more at this price. Would definitely stay there again.

Renovation needed Hotel is really in need of an update. The double beds are very small and barely fit two average people in them. The a/c is loud and the rugs in the rooms seem very old.

Great place without a decent breakfast! THE ROOM WAS CLEAN.. A big issue for us. We were pleasant with the location, cleanliness and politeness from the staff. The bad thing was that the continental breakfast was a simple muffin, granola bar and coffee displayed in a cabinet. We asked were the breakfast room was and the lady pointed at the cabinet. At first we thought it was a joke but that’s all it was. I expected maybe bagels, cereal or yogurt at least. Whatever they offered wasn’t breakfast.

it was ok Hotel was nice, clean. When we got there we turn on the AC to high and it never really got cold in the room, it was always warm in the room. You could only feel the AC when you stood right next to it. Breakfast could have been better, coffee and muffins is all you get.

Good Location Hotel was in a great location for Liberty University. The room we stayed in was musty and had a pet oder. Beds were very hard and all pillows needed replacement. Bathroom was recently remodeled and was very nice. Good amount of hot water. Overall the stay was good, but some improvements could be made. .

Long overdue for upgrades!!!! The location for the hotel was perfect for us as we were there to attend a graduation at Liberty University. The front desk clerk that checked us in was very personable as well as our maid. HOWEVER, this hotel is long overdue for upgrades!!!! The room was horribly decorated, little to no supplies....tiny soap, no coffee, no towel bars, and no toiletries. There is one very slow and small elevator.
