it was way too hot in the room when we came in. The front desk person brought the roll away in and said he could feel the heat out the door. We came in at the same time. We couldn't get it to cool down. We had to open the windows due to the heat being stuck. And the bathroom door didn't lock. The breakfast was only coffee , hot water, oatmeal packs, grits packages with no salt or pepper or butter. No juice no muffins!

Served its purpose. Pretty clean, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. But weak choice of "free breakfast". Just coffee, oatmeal packets and dry granola bars.

My hotel stay ✓ My stay was good, the bathroom area can be cleaned and sanitized a bit more, the room is spacious and comfortable, service desk persons were very kind and hospitable , breakfast needs to be worked on

Liberty university weekend Didn't know that unless you stay 1 week at a time they will clean your room. But you would think of they know you made a reservation for a weekend they should make arrangements to clean your room n place clean towels. The vending machine was out of several things n when I went to ask if they had any other vending machines the lady was inattentive, n very rude.
