Excellent Hotel Nice Lobby, Nice Room, Nice Staff. No complaints at all.
Okay stay I attended a graduation ceremony while I was at Madison. The room was only for one night stay and it was nothing impressive about the hotel. The only concern might be the room was small and the bed is supposed to be queen size but it appears to be full size instead. Besides this, it was okay stay... Also, needs better firm pillows or more...
Great price, quiet hotel I have stayed here a number of times, and have really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, and the friendliness of the staff.
Excellent Hotel Great hotel for the price, clean, safe with excellent parking. Hotel is a little hard to find the first time but worth the effort.
Nice place. Well located. New facility. Very nice and friendly.
Adequate for our needs We stayed at this hotel on the same business trip last year and had no problems. However during this year's stay, while taking our luggage up to the room, my daughter and I were 'helped' by an obnoxiously drunk man. Then we called down to request an extra pillow and were told there were no pillows available. I also noticed that the room 'shook' whenever people walked by in the hallway.
Run down, loud, smelled of smoke. Front desk was very helpful in canceling 2nd night due to conditions of hotel.

This place is a dump! $240 a night for a $70 a night hotel. No ice machine! None! No work out room, no dishes in room, no conditioner, terrible service, I could go on forever. It is subsidized housing not a hotel. Do not stay here. Should not be listed as a hotel! Total joke. Was clean.
