The staff member working at the front desk at the yellow building (55) on 8/19 in the afternoon was incredibly RUDE and oversold the rooms. He made it sound like I was SOL and pretty much refused to help me. I went to the other extended stay brick building (45) and the staff at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She helped me transfer the reservation and didn’t leave me stranded without a room like the staff at the other location did. Overall it was a good experience thanks to the kind staff in building 45.
Worst place ever I didn’t even get a decent soap or body lotion available in the room. When asked about it the staff said it is cost cutting hence can’t help on it. After spending 200 dollars for a hotel I doiosnt get a body lotion. There were no sheets on the bed and no room cleaning even available . They even asked me to thrown my own trash when existing the room
Someone across hall fighting aggressively. Asked front desk to call 911 and they did not Loud fighting noises scared n and dog
Elevator didnt work.

Decent room, just lacks proper cleaning. We had to wait roughly 10 minutes for a front desk worker to arrive. Check-in went smoothly afterwards. The hallway reeked of cat urine to the point you had to cover your nose while walking through, and the room was average in decent condition. The water pressure was abysmal; I would rate it a 1/5.
