Not bad, but limited services I have to preface this review with the fact that this was the first time I'd ever stayed at an Extended Stay type of hotel. We were only staying for 4 nights, so maybe that explains why I was so surprised at how little you get here. Oh, one thing to mention. This particular location actually has 2 ESA's right next to each other. One is a regular Extended Stay America and the other is a Deluxe. Make sure you know which is which. no cleaning Room infested with ants. No maid service although repeated requests were made. Litter in hallway. No cookware or dishes in room. Had to continually make requests. Front desk very courteous however cleaning staff surly and unavailable. garbage in elevators, stains and ragged carpet in halls.

Not recommended.. better deals out there The first things that I'll say is that I got started off on the wrong foot with this hotel because I was put in a smoking room when I specifically chose and requested a nonsmoking room. Leaving a hotel and reeking like smoke is not a good start. Second, the back of the toilet seat was only attached by a single piece of plastic, the rest was broken off.
